Do you have a pair of Converse sneakers on your feet right now? If not, then there’s a pretty good chance that you will have a pair of Converse on your feet sometime within the next couple of weeks. That’s because Converse is going extra hard in the paint this holiday season and re-releasing three classic Converse sneakers in stores. The Converse CONS Holiday Collection is available right now and features the Converse Aero Jam, the Converse Anarchy, and the Converse Star Player Plus. And all three of the sneakers are must-haves if you’re a fan of Converse footwear.

Why did Converse choose now of all times to re-release not one, not two, but three older sneakers? If we had to guess, it’s because other sneaker companies, like Reebok and Ewing Athletics, have enjoyed a lot of success with their re-releases in 2013. But in the video below, you can hear Dan O’Brien, the Vice President of Converse CONS, talk to Nice Kicks about the sneakers that are being re-released. He doesn’t address exactly why Converse chose now to re-release them. But he does walk you through the new features that each sneaker has (all three appear to built more efficiently to make them lighter and more comfortable). You can watch the video here for more details:

Do you like the fact that Converse is bringing back these three sneakers right now? Will you be buying one, two, or even all three of the re-releases? Are there other Converse sneakers that you would like Converse to put back into their rotation? Let us know below. We’re not sure if we’re too into the Anarchy or the Star Player Plus at the moment. But we definitely need a pair of those Aero Jams immediately. All three are available through Converse retailers now.
