First Look: Justin Bieber Sheds Tears, Called “Next Train Wreck,” In New Documentary Believe
This holiday season, get ready to be a true Belieber.
Justin Bieber is gifting his fans with the release of his second documentary Believe this Christmas. Directed by Jon M. Chu (GI Joe: Retaliation, Step Up 2 & 3, Justin Bieber Never Say Never), Believe will be released by Open Road Films, along with SB Films and Dolphin Films.
“I am so excited to be involved in this movie, and so happy to be able to give back to my fans, especially during the holiday season,” Justin exclaims. “Jon Chu and my team have done a wonderful job creating a special moment for Beliebers worldwide and I can’t wait till Christmas Day when the movie will be in theaters everywhere.”
Believe is the follow-up to 2011′s massively successful Never Say Never, which grossed $73 million, making it the third highest grossing documentary of all time.
“It’s no secret that Justin Bieber’s name drives a lot of attention,” said Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun. ”But with Believe, we wanted him to tell his own story, truthfully and directly. The number one goal of our company is to provide global audiences with content that’s not only high-quality and forward-thinking, but also authentic.”
Believe features appearances by Usher Raymond, Rodney Jerkins, Ludacris, Mike Posner, and many more.
