A Man, A Mountain and A Bicycle: Ironman Training

My Name is Joe Beck, an avid outdoorsman and competitive triathlete – in the past year I have had the privilege of finding myself in every environment imaginable; cross country skiing snow covered peaks in the Sierra mountains, paddle boarding the warm waters of San Diego bay and cycling the hills of northern California.

After my first positive experience with the Bravara top it quickly became my go-to for all my athletic needs. The material feels great against your body – and the stylish cut draws regular compliments.

While training for 2013 Ironman Lake Tahoe, I enjoyed wearing both the short sleeve and long sleeve version, traveling literally hundreds of training miles, cycling and running.

I felt the joy of living, I felt the arrival of winter. And as usual, along with me for the ride was the Bravara performance top by Psyberia.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea
shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is
completely off topic but I had to tell someone!

Feel free to surf to my page; how do i get rich quick (Eleanore)
