Girls will always be girls, and thanks to Miley Cyrus, these days that usually involves some form of twerking.

Season 3 of the hit HBO television series Girls has almost arrived and it’s shaping up to be the best season yet. The trailer for the third season of the award-winning comedy has just been released and it begins with writer, producer, and star Lena Dunham setting the tone as her on-again boyfriend Adam, played by Adam Driver, forces her to take a hike through the woods. Unhappy and out of shape, Hannah refuses, screaming “It’s really liberating to say ‘no’ to the s— you hate.”

Ain’t that the truth! Other highlights from the trailer include Jessa (Jemima Kirke) pondering the reasons why her friend faked her death to avoid hanging out with her and Marnie (Allison Williams) possibly trying to get over the death of her high school sweetheart. “I am okay,” she says unconvincingly. “I may not seem okay or be okay now, but I am, like, okay.”

And of course, let’s not forget that somehow Hannah finds the need to twerk on a tombstone. “Everything has been so terrible and painful in the last few months leading me to this point, you know?” Hannah tells her therapist in the 86-second trailer. “And it’s amazing to realize that I hold the keys to the prison that is my mind.”

Unlock the trailer below. The third season of Girls debuts on January 12, 2014.
