Last week, we told you all about how Reebok is starting off the new year on the right foot by releasing their iconic Reebok Kamikaze I sneaker again. The sneaker, which was originally worn by Shawn Kemp back in the 1990s, is going to be available first in the black/white/green colorway that you’ve come to know and love. It was a sneaker that was designed with Kemp’s Seattle Supersonics uniform in mind, and it was a sneaker that was beloved when it was originally released. But that colorway wasn’t the only colorway that the sneaker was sold in. And much like it has done with other Reebok re-releases over the course of the last year or two, Reebok is going to put the Kamikaze I out in a variety of different colorways this year.

We already know of one such colorway that the Kamikaze I will be available in within the next month or so. That colorway? The black and blue colorway that you see here. It looks just like the Kamikaze I that Kemp would have worn when he was playing for the Orlando Magic, due to the black and blue colors on the upper and the white Reebok branding on the tongue, heel, and outsole. It’s a great-looking sneaker, especially if you’re a fan of the Kamikaze I.

We don’t expect this to be the last Kamikaze I colorway that Reebok releases, either. In fact, we’re pretty sure that Reebok is going to release tons of Kamikaze I colorways, since the sneaker lends itself really well to color. But if you’re interested in picking this particular sneaker up, it will be available on February 7 through various Reebok retailers and will sell for $115.

What do you think about the blue/black Kamikaze I? Will you be adding it to you collection next month?
