Do You Like The adidas Springblade Razor More Than The Original adidas Springblade?

Although there were a lot of people who were skeptical about the adidas Springblade when it was released last year, adidas isn’t giving up on the sneaker just yet. Sure, the Springblade is a sneaker that’s designed solely for those who want to work out in it. And sure, it has a very modern design that didn’t sit real well with those who favor a more traditional workout shoe. But the Springblade is a nice alternative to all of the other workout shoes available out there. So adidas is putting out a newer, updated version of the sneaker and hoping that skeptical buyers will flock towards it. That sneaker is called the adidas Springblade Razor and it will be available next week.

So what makes the Springblade Razor different from the original Springblade? To be honest, not a whole lot. The silhouette still looks the same and the crazy blades on the bottom of the sneakers look the same as they did on the first Springblade as well. However, there is one noticeable difference on the upper part of the sneaker. adidas has outfitted the Springblade Razor with a webbed design that makes it look even crazier than the first Springblade. So now, these sneakers have basically been built to cling to your feet and stay put during your most intense workouts. Make no mistake about it: These are going to help you keep your New Year’s resolution this year, provided you buy them, put them on, and then put them to good use.

The Springblade Razor is going to be available in a bunch of different colorways for both men and women. Take a look at a couple of them here and let us know if you’re planning on giving these Springblades some love the second time around. If you’re interested, they will be released on January 16 and will retail for $180. Will that inspire you to run out and buy a pair?
