It’s Willow’s world and we’re just living it!

She may not be old enough to drink, drive, or vote in the United States of America, but at the ripe old age of 13, Willow Smith has already established herself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of fashion and music. In the latest issue of V Magazine, the teen daughter of Hollywood heavyweights Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith whips her hair back in forth in pieces from Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Tommy Hilfiger, and Chanel for special guest photographer Karl LagerfeldAnd when she wasn’t posing for Chanel’s Creative Director, Willow opened up in the feature entitled “The World According To Willow” about her personal style and shooting with a fashion God.

“[Karl] very, very friendly and open. I thought he was gonna be really mysterious, like peering over his glasses, evaluating,” she explained. “But he was just awesome. I don’t have words, because he’s such a huge icon. I can never tell what I’m gonna wear. I kind of just put on whatever feels right. Sometimes that’s Converse and a T-shirt, sometimes it’s Givenchy heels and leather pants. I’m enjoying just being independent and doing my own thing.”

That need to walk the road less travelled, implored Willow to drop out of the title role in the upcoming remake of Annie, starring Jamie Foxx, Cameron Diaz and Beasts Of The Southern Wild actress Quvenzhane Wallis.  “I just wanted to chill, and be at home, and decompress, and just find out what I wanna do and where I stand on this planet, with the little tiny place we have,” she said of passing on the film. “I just feel like I want to do it different than the world’s ready for.”
