This past Thursday, French street artist JR kicked off the latest installment to the New York City Ballet Art Series with a collection of posters and floor-bound installations. The main attraction to this exhibit is displayed on the floor of the Manhattan theater showing strategically arranged ballet dancers maneuvering their bodies against the contours of large paper sheets to form the image of an eye. Tickets are $29 with JR’s NYCB Art Series displaying again on February 7 and 13.
