Are You Planning On Picking Up The Under Armour Anatomix Spawn “Voodoo” Sneakers Stephen Curry Wore During The NBA All-Star Game?

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry wasn’t one of the stars of the 2014 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night. He did manage to score 12 points in the game. But the Western Conference as a whole scored 155 points. So when you crunch the numbers, he didn’t play a huge role in the outcome. Thanks to the offensive outbursts of Kevin Durant and Blake Griffin, who both scored 38 points, Curry didn’t really need to shoulder much of the load when it came to scoring. But we would have liked to have seen Curry shoot the ball a little bit more and score closer to 25 or 30 points. After all, he was the leading vote-getter as far as guards are concerned in the West. So he should have tried to take over a little bit more.

Fortunately, though, Curry made plenty of noise during the game, even without doing a ton of scoring. And that’s because in a sea of colorful sneakers, his sneakers stood out. For the All-Star Game, he wore a pair of Under Armour Anatomix Spawn sneakers done up in a special “Voodoo” colorway and they were, well, eye-catching to say the least. They featured a purple upper, hits of orange and black, and orange laces that literally and figuratively tied the “Voodoo” sneakers together. There were a few other NBA All-Stars who wore better-looking sneakers. But none of them were as bright as these. So Curry definitely made a statement when he decided to rock them.

Now, you can rock them, too. One of the things we hate about all of the “All-Star” colorways that sneaker companies create is that so many of them are only created for NBA players and are never released in stores. But you can buy Curry’s “Voodoo” sneaker right now through select Under Armour retailers as well as through the Under Armour website. You can also buy a variety of other colorways for $120. But you better act fast. Because with the second half of the 2013-14 NBA season tipping off tonight, these aren’t going to last long. So who wants a pair?
