Who You (Don’t) Love? Katy Perry Dumps John Mayer!

Love is definitely not in the Hollywood air!

Less than 48 hours after Paula Patton and Robin Thicke announced they were ending their eight-year marriage, Katy Perry and John Mayer have also decided to end their whirlwind love affair.  “Not sure how long it will last this time but yes, it is off for now,” one source told Us Weekly.

Fresh from her divorce from Russell Brand, Katy first started dating the 36-year-old “Your Body Is a Wonderland” singer in the Summer of 2012, much to the dismay of many of her friends. After a brief break, the off-again, on-again couple spent Christmas together and most recently flaunted their love on the duet “Who You Love,” off of Mayer’s latest album, Paradise Valley.

But it seems that there was trouble brewing in paradise.”She’s stressed about the tour, they’ve been fighting,” a second source says. “It is probably for the best, because she is going to be on tour for forever. Of course this happens all the time, I can’t keep track anymore. But for now they are done.”

Added a third source, “They’ve had rough patches, but this may be for good.”

Katy, 29, announced her upcoming Prismatic world tour on Twitter. “PERTH, ADELAIDE, MELBOURNE, SYDNEY, BRISBANE! I’ll be seeing YOU this November! Stay tuned for MORE info,” she tweeted, adding, “And don’t worry, New Zealand…I’m coming to see you kiwis too! Dates announced soon!”

Are you sad to hear that Katy and John are loving each other no longer?
