The Reebok Question “First Ballot” Is Going To Be Released To Celebrate Allen Iverson’s Legendary Career

Over the years, Reebok has found a number of different ways to celebrate Allen Iverson. AI is arguably the best basketball player that they’ve ever had on their roster—though, to be fair, Shaquille O’Neal would definitely have something to say about that—so Reebok has gone above and beyond for Iverson in the past to celebrate his legacy. And even though he’s been retired from the game of basketball for quite some time now, it doesn’t seem as though they’re going to stop celebrating AI anytime soon.

Case in point: The new Reebok Question “First Ballot” sneaker that is scheduled to drop next month. There’s no shortage of Reebok Questions out there designed to celebrate AI’s accomplishments over the last two decades, but Reebok is going to release yet another one because, well, why not? The “First Ballot” will feature a unique black upper, a lot of red, white, and blue (in honor of AI’s former team, the Philadelphia 76ers), and a speckled midsole. The “First Ballot,” we assume, alludes to the fact that AI will likely be a first-ballot Hall of Famer when he’s eligible to be voted into the HOF in a few years. This is yet another solid Question sneaker and should be a hit amongst those who have loved the Question since it first debuted way back in the 1990s.

Do you like what Reebok has done here? Or do you think they need to scale back the number of Reebok Question re-releases that they put out now that AI is done playing basketball? We say, if you’ve got a good thing going, why stop? And that is exactly what Reebok has going for them right now. Even though AI’s playing days are over, it’s clear that people still love the Question sneaker. So it’s only right that they continue to release new versions of it.

Check out some additional images of the Reebok Question “First Ballot” below and let us know if you’re a fan of it. The sneaker will be available through a variety of Reebok retailers on August 15 for $125.
