What Do You Think About Derrick Rose’s New adidas D Rose Lakeshore Boost Boot?
It’s starting to get cold outside. Very cold. So cold that the last thing you want to do in the morning is strap on a pair of sneakers that are going to look good but cause you to catch frostbite on your toes when you step outside. So what in the world are you supposed to do? Put on a pair of ugly winter boots? Stay inside for the next six months? Spend a fortune on shoe inserts that keeps your feet toasty? None of those options sound particularly good. So instead, how about buying a pair of sneaker boots that are designed to look like sneakers while keeping your feet warm?
At the moment, there are tons and tons of sneaker boot options out there. There are actually so many that it can be a little bit difficult to decide which pair to buy. But the new adidas D Rose Lakeshore Boost boot that is scheduled to drop on December 1 just so happens to be one of our favorite ones yet. It’s designed to look like an adidas D Rose sneaker. But it also includes a bunch of cool features that will keep your feet warm (and dry!) when you step out this winter. For example, the Lakeshore Boost features a sturdy leather upper, a rugged outer sole that’s designed to prevent you from slipping on snow and ice, and other weatherproofing details that make it ideal for dealing with the wintertime, regardless of where you live. And best of all, it still looks similar to a D Rose sneaker. So from afar, most people won’t even realize that you’re wearing a boot and will wonder how you’re surviving the cold in sneakers.
As we mentioned, there are plenty of other sneaker boot options out there for you if you’re in the market for one. So if for whatever reason you don’t like the look of these D Rose Lakeshore Boosts, there are other routes for you to go. But if you’re a big Derrick Rose fan and you want to wear what he’ll be wearing this winter when he travels outside in Chicago, then these are your best bet.
What do you think about what adidas and Derrick Rose have put together here? Would you wear these or no?
