See (Almost) Everyone In The Epic Colbert Finale

After nine years, The Colbert Report came to a close last night in suitably epic fashion. Stephen Colbert closed out his show with a star-studded rendition of the jazz standard “We’ll Meet Again.” The first to join him onstage was his longtime friend, mentor, and executive producer, Jon Stewart of The Daily Show. But after that, it gets difficult to identify all of the participants pretty quickly.

Entertainment Weekly claims to have a complete list of the guests from Comedy Central; in any event, they do a pretty good job ID’ing most of the large crowd scenes. They include everyone from Corey Booker and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to Cyndi Lauper, Gen. Ray Odierno, and Big Bird.

Well, technically, the show ends a few minutes later with Colbert in a sleigh with Santa Claus, Abe Lincoln, and Alex Trebek, but this is pretty close.

Clips aren’t available yet, but the full episode is up online, so you can fast forward:

Colbert will take over The Late Show on CBS next year.
