Even Saturday Night Live Is Sick Of This Election

Elections are ratings gold for Saturday Night Live, as candidates give them more material than they can use. But even the folks at SNL wonder if it was worth it.

In the last episode before the election, Alec Baldwin and Kate MacKinnon broke character to imagine a world where everyone can get along, even Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The two venture out into Time Square, NYC, to share hugs with everyone, from a Hispanic family to a man with a t-shirt calling Hillary a b*tch.

I think SNL might have a point: Even their awesome political sketches for the past year don’t make up for the nightmare of this election.
